Jaden's Fight For His Heart
Organized by: Beverly Ponce DeLeon
Three weeks from now, our 6-year old warrior, Jaden Rae, will undergo Fontan Operation. This is the first part of his 2-part planned procedure. We’ve been saving and preparing for almost a year and somehow but wasn't able to save enough we are closer to our goal but still we needed your help to make this possible for Jaden. Jaden's previous operations were made possible through the effort and help of some relatives, friends, and acquaintances . They are the ones that helped us make the first surgery successful. It was performed at the National Childrens Hospital where at that time had their fist Heart Machine. It was truly a blessing that together with the sponsorship and the donations and solicitations and most specially prayers, that we have gathered from friends and family, we made it through the first step. As much as we would like to get help from the same institutions that made this all possible, NCH doesn’t have the right facility to support Fontan. At this point if we want to get the best care possible for Jaden, we were advised to go to a private institution. We understand the complexity of the situation and the need for financial support and we have reached out to some of our friends for assistance. To our friends, family and friends of friends, and everyone, we are appealing to your good hearts to help us get through this one last step. In any way or form, we will wholeheartedly accept any form of assistance you can extend to our little hero. We’d be the happiest if you can make our little hero's wish come true.
