Saturday I will be participating in an event hosted by the Navy SEAL Foundation in memory to the 89 active duty Navy SEALs who have made the ultimate sacrifice since September 11, 2001.
We will be performing the CrossFit workout, "The Murph", which consists of a 1 mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-up, 300 air squats and topping it off with another 1 mile run.
Each of the 89 participants will be assigned to represent one of the fallen elite warriors. I will be representing SO1 Kevin Ebbert. Proceeds of the fundraiser go to the families of the SEALs, whether its $10 or $100 every little bit helps. You can still donate after Saturday passes!
