On Saturday October 29, 2016 I will be a part of a wonderful cause. I will be helping support Joy Juice L.A, a Non profit organization that gives to teens fighting Cancer. We will be running/walking to the Griffith Park Observatory in Los Angeles in honor of survivors such as myself, as well as people that continue the battle. With the contributions The Joy Juice Foundation receives help provide clothes, shoes and makeovers for teenagers with cancer. This foundation really does great things and helps bring the smile and confidence back to the beautiful youth fighting the disease . You can read more about it and its founder Danny Alotta by visiting their website http://www.joyjuiceinc.org . Being diagnosed with Hodgkin's lymphoma at the age of 16, I can personally identify with what it is like being a teenager going through cancer. The loss of all my hair and nails, the feeling of weakness on a daily and most importantly as a teen the loss of friends. It really can take a toll on a young individuals life, as well on their growth developing into an adult. I want to be able to do whatever I can to help teens in there transition in anyway possible, because I know what they are going through. If I can make a difference in one individuals life, then I've done my job, but I really do want to motivate and inspire them to be greater than they believe to be. We are all here for a purpose and I thank the man above for all he has put me through, because I have become stronger than ever. Please help us put a smile on a teens face this holiday.
