Our awesome, Josh-a-roo, is now 7 years old and going into first grade this year! With the help of MADSS, and other amazing resources around our area, Josh is a happy, energetic, wise little boy. Without the help and resources we have been able to give Josh though, I'm not so sure he would be where he is today. That is why we are asking for your help in raising money for those individuals who have Down syndrome. There are so many possiblities out there for people with Down syndrome, and your contribution helps give them those opportunities. The funds raised, gives those individuals with Down syndrome education, inspiration, and achievement. Please help us in giving them all we can!
Down Syndrome Creed
my face may be different, but my feelings the same.
i laugh and i cry and take pride in my gains.
i was sent here among you to teach and to love
as God in the heavens looks down from above.
to Him i'm no different, His love knows no bounds;
it's those here among you in cities and towns
that judge me to standards that mankind has imparted,
but this family i've chosen will help me get started.
for i'm one of the children, so special and few,
that came here to learn the same lesson as you.
that love is acceptance, it must come from the heart;
we all have the same purpose, though not the same start.
the Lord gave me life to live and embrace,
and i'll do it as you do,
but at my own pace.
Please help us in giving all that you can for those children and adults with Down syndrome. Every donation- large or small- helps. Thank you.
Blessings and love,
Cory, Nicole, Kali, Josh, and Ethan
