BENEFITING: National Multiple Sclerosis Society
On Sunday, May 29, I will be running the Comrades Ultra Marathon in South Africa. Comrades is a 56 mile road race founded in 1921 by a World War I veteran, as an opportunity for soldiers to rekindle the camaraderie shared on the battlefield. Almost 100 years later, Comrades is the oldest ultra marathon in the world, attracting 20,000 participants each year.
Recently, a close friend was diagnosed with Multiple Scelrosis, and he is now running his own race against this disease. I want to use this run as an opportunity to raise awareness and money for the MS Society. Please consider a donation to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Your gift today will help support MS research, programs, services, and more.
