THE STORY:

Help me avoid the Psy-Chological Cliff!
If Splash doesn't hit it's goal of raising $200,000 by December 31, I promise to convene an international, Gangnam Style Dance-Off of people who, unlike myself,(see video to the left), can't dance!! It won't be pretty
As many of you know, I have traveled with Splash [formerly A Child's Right] in both Ethiopia and Nepal. I have seen, first-hand, what an impact this remarkable organization is making on children, their health, and their future. They do incredible work installing and maintaining water purification systems in schools, orphanages, hospitals, rescue homes like the ones run by Maiti Nepal, and feeding centers like this one run by HOPE Enterprises in Ethiopia - all of which were functioning with dirty water before Splash intervened. Dirty water makes kids sick, and Splash has found an easy and low-cost way to fix this problem.
So I ask for your help, today: please donate, share this page with friends and family, and join this effort on Crowdrise on behalf of Splash and clean water for kids.

"Few will have the greatness to bend history itself; but each of us can work to change a small portion of events, and in the total of all those acts will be written the history of this generation" Robert F Kennedy
Thank You!
I'd also like to share with you a recent blogpost from Splash about how clean water is so important for all children, but especially for girls.
