Jennifer and Earl for relief from catastrophic house fire
Organized by: George Edelblute
I've heard it said that whatever doesn't kill you makes you stronger... Well my family must be made up of Sampson, Hercules and incredible Hulks... On Sunday night October 9th my wife and I were informed yet another tragedy had befallen our family. Not even a year had passed since we lost our youngest son Justin when, on a windy fall night a catastrophic fire hit the house shared by our daughter Jennifer and son Earl and their families.. With not even the time to put on shoes, our children fled their home and watched as ALL their worldly possessions were consumed by the inferno.. The one good thing was none of the families were lost or injured, thank God.. With Jennifer and Earl being too proud to ask for help it has fallen to me to seek assistance from family and friends... Imagine experiencing the fear of facing the flames, escaping unscathed and then realizing all your possessions in the world have just gone up in flames...I acknowledge that the current financial situation of the country is difficult to say the least but, my family and friends, I'm asking for any small donation you can afford to help Jennifer and Earl back on their feet... I'm not only asking you to dig into your seat cushions for change but also to reach into your hearts for some compassion for two families who are left with ashes where they once had loving and secure homes...I thank you all in advance for whatever charitable actions you can do for people who aren't looking for a hand out just a hand to help them rise in the face of an undeserved and tragic event.
