Hey everyone! I just wanted …
Hey everyone! I just wanted to share something with you. Robyn and I have been using Melaleuca as a safe eco friendly way to clean up after our rescue dogs and more. We contacted Melaleuca and found out that they will donate 5% of purchases to our rescue! You just have to become a member for $19.00 a year and then enjoy all the products you order. What a great way to contribute! Amazon is also going to send a percentage of proceeds to the rescue for everyone who orders and puts Luke N Lulu's Island Dog Rescue's name as the charity you support. Now you can buy safe products for your own house, order from Amazon and help a local rescue!
Check it out at:

Well, lots have happened sin…
Well, lots have happened since we started Luke N Lulu’s Island Dog Rescue! We have been able to save over 50 dogs from kill shelters and adopt out over 25 to loving homes! All of this was done without a website just by using Facebook and Rescue Me! In June we had a friend donate a camper trailer for us to us as a mobile adoption center (still under construction). We were able to find United Humanitarian Vet Clinic who really has the same goals as us. We also finished up our 501c3.
Now going into 2016, we will have our first adoption center on the same property as our vet clinic. United Humanitarian has a plan to open up two more next year! One will be in Orlando and the other in Daytona Beach. Each location will have a Luke N Lulu’s Island Dog Rescue adoption center on its property! We will be looking for volunteers to help walk the dogs and other dog related stuff.
This brings me to this question. Rescuing these dogs from high kill shelters is not easy and costs money. The vetting, dog food and now the adoption center will need money. Would you be willing to partner with us and be a sponsor through 2016? You could donate monthly, quarterly, yearly or once a year! Any amount would help in the rescue of more dogs plus, it’s a tax deduction at the end of year! So please consider us if you would like to donate to a worthy cause. These little guys need people like you and rescues like us to help them. They can't help where they were dumped! Please help us save these little lives! Please give to our cause! You’ll be glad you did!
We take PayPal too! islanddogrescue@gmail.com (send as family and friends)

Thank you,
