Train as a runner and triathlete, usually getting my workouts in on lunch breaks, in the house after the kids are asleep or even with one kid on the bike and pushing the other in the baby jogger. 

I lead a busy life packed with the company of my friends and family who entertain and support me and I couldn't ask for more!
