THE STORY:
Scotty is a 17 pound yorkie mix with too much energy and not enough toys. He enjoys eating pupcakes, chasing squirrels, and barking at his owners. Most importantly he would like to help other dogs find their furever home and live a luxurious life much like his own. That's why he has decided to run in the Puppy Dash, a 2K race put together by the Chesapeake Humane Society.
