BENEFITING: Palmetto Animal League
EVENT DATE: Jun 11, 2012
The Palmetto Animal League provides neglected and abused animals with a second chance at life. PAL is a no kill adoption based shelter. Last year PAL saved over 500 animals. We are committed to providing medical and emotional support for every animal in our care until they are eventually placed in loving "forever' homes. This year PAL has been overwhelmed with high veterninary bills, complicated surgeries, spay/neuter procedures and demand for double the amount of food and supplies. Our Adoption Center's maximum capacity is 125 animals but we are currently caring for well over 200 cats, kittens, dogs and puppies. Donations are down. We had to spend our entire 2012 annual budget for medical care and food, and now desparately need donations to keep the mission alive. All of the animals in these pictures were saved by PAL, returned to good health and adopted by caring people like you. See Norton's picture (the white dog) before and after. I serve on PAL's board of directors and I can assure you every penny of every donation is invested in the animals health and well being. As a non profit organization, we rely totally upon charitable donations from friends and colleagues like you. The Palmetto Animal League needs your help to get us through this critical time. I am asking you to help PAL continue its mission. Please donate now. For more information please visit www.palmettoanimalleague.org. Thank you!
