Join Alpha's Cause to Help the Ill

Respect, love, dignity and access to health services should be made available to anyone who is facing an illness or a near death experience. The news of the person's ailing condition creates an immediate need. No longer able to care for oneself is a traumatic, life experience. High costs of health care services may leave an ailing patient with nothing but limited options.
Loved ones often step in to help with the ailing when health services cannot be provided. The care is being provided out of love and necessity. The task can often be an overwhelming stressful experience. Upon the death of the ailing person, the caregiver may experience a significant amount of guilt from the notion that more could have been done. During this time, the mourning of a loved one can be heartbreaking. For this reason, I have come to the only logical conclusion. More needs are to be done for the ailing.
