Josh and Amanda's Emergency fund
Organized by: Shontelle Benton
On January 12, 2016 Joshua Breaux had an major accident that would change his life forever. He was in Chattanooga,Tennessee building scaffolds for work. He was building stairways on the the scaffold and installing stare cages when the step gave way from underneath him and he fell. When he fell a sharp medal piece from the scaffold cought his arm and tore it up. Thank god he was tied off because this could of been a life ending accident. He was then rushed to the hospital and had to under go emergency surgery to repair his arm. The doctors were able to repair some of his muscle but were unable to repair one of his main nerves in his arm. The nerve that was unrepairable is the nerve that controls 2 of his fingers. He will never have full feeling or movement in his hand again. The arm he has injured is his right arm and Josh is right handed as well, so this accident will forever change his life. Mr.Breaux will also have to under go several more surgeries to try to fix all of the damage that has happen. The recovery for this incident will be a long road. I am asking all family and friends if possible to donate anything you can to help Josh and his family at this time. Josh is the main provider for his wife Amanda and there 3 kids. Josh will be receiving worker man comp that will cover his hospital bills 100% and will be receiving a small check from worker Mans comp but it will not be enough to keep his family a float. So if can please help take a little stress off this family it would greatly be appreciated.
