Thank you!! :)

I was diagnosed with stage one breast cancer in November 2013 and it was the scariest thing I had ever faced in my life. I had few friends and no family in Los Angeles. I found weSPARK and gathered courage to attend an "in treatment" group with other brave people with cancer.
I don't know what I would have done without weSPARK. I can't imagine getting through my surgeries or doing medical research without the invaluable information I learned from the facilitator and my friends in the group. The fear and emotions along the journey were always much more challenging than the physical treatment. I am in complete remission now and am so grateful for weSPARK! I still attend the "solo cancer," yoga and mindfulness groups. I have always felt very safe and loved by the supportive facilitators and guests at weSPARK.
All the services are completely free, which has helped me a great deal since I have a very limited budget.
