Brian was a fantastic daddy, husband, son, brother and uncle. His suicide left a hole in our hearts that cannot be filled. Walk with us and/or donate to help bring awareness of depression and suicide. Through our efforts suicides can be prevented. Every dollar raised could prevent one more suicide through education and awareness.
Join hundreds for a 5K Walk/Run on the beautiful wooded campus of Northwood University in Midland, Michigan. All funds raised are used in the Great Lakes Bay Region to host special events, trainings, and provide education in an effort to build awareness of mental health and suicide prevention, intervention and aftercare.
Our Walk for Hope is an opportunity to come together with others who believe in this cause. It is our hope that this event will de-stigmatize suicide and encourage those who are struggling with mental health or other life challenges to seek out help from those who can support their needs.
This family friendly event will feature guest speakers, live music by Sonic Freeway, a DJ on the walk route, resource tables, activity tables, face painting, light food, and HOPE!
Location: Northwood University, 4000 Whiting Dr., Midland, MI
