Excited to announce JP & Associates REALTORs Christmas party on December 1st. With the help of Main Event Entertainment in Frisco and our Corporate sponsors we will shuttle in all the homeless children of The Samaritan Inn and City House-Frisco homeless shelters and give them a Christmas party they will not forget. Gifts, Willy Wonka and Santa included.

If you are a business affiliate of ours, or wish to help sponsor this event PLEASE make a donation right away. All donations and sponsorship funds will go to the event with the ultimate goal to raise enough to fund a two college tuition scholarships. This is a way for all of us to give back and help a child Exceed Expectations.

Thank you all for you support in our company and your support in the next generation.

These two have already exceed the expectations given to them. We hope you will feel the same way we do about the future of these children.

1) Chris is a 19 yr old male who came to us from living on the streets of Dallas. As a child he was moved all over the United States and was bounced from state to state on child welfare. The rejection of his mother did not beat him down but instead has given him a strong desire to improve his life and achieve something great. Chris currently attends college at El Centro and is working hard to overcome the past and work toward the future.

2) Shay is a 21 year old female who has lived on the streets for many years. She was referred to City House by a young man in our TLP program. She also has a strong desire to improve her life. She is quite persistent in this endeavor. As part of our regular procedures for admittance we had Shay participate in our program as a non-resident to ensure she was a good fit and truly wanted to get her life headed in the right direction. She successfully completed the goals asked of her and she consistently showed the commitment needed to succeed in the TLP environment. Her persistence paid off and she is now in residence at our Goodman Plano home. She passionately wants to attend college and would be the first in her family to do so, but money and the believe that there was no way for her to go has hindered her pursuing that dream. With the encouragement of her case manager and the TLP staff and volunteers, Shay now understands that if she works hard college doesn’t have to just be a dream. She would like to start college in the spring and major in business and even says she would love to open her on truck driving business sometime. Whatever she does, she says she wants to “provide for herself”. Shay also has a very grateful attitude and appreciates anything that has been done to help her.
