This month I am committing to another 20-in-30 Challenge at Powerflow Yoga. This will be my 4th challenge since I joined Powerflow two years ago. What makes this challenge different from previous ones is that they have partnered with Kula for Karma to raise money for their programs. Kula for Karma is a non-profit organization that offers therapeutic yoga programs at no cost to people with physical, mental and emotional challenges. Since its inception in 2007, Kula has launched over 600 programs in the Tri-State area, touching the lives of thousands of people. Kula for Karma funds its programs through grants, fundraising activities, private donations, and special events. Some of the communities they serve include prisoners, seniors, cancer patients, at-risk youth, survivors of domestic violence and veterans. Any amount is welcome. Help me raise money for this organization and the all the good work they do!
