Amazing humans,

To date we have been able to provide food and housing with Orphan Gift, support volunteers for Hands.org who partners with UNICEF to construct temporary homes for children, and provide sanitation infrastructure and clean drinking water with Splash.org all because of amazing people like you who believe in Dan and his causes. We have some more exciting news!

The Dan Fredinburg Foundation is proud to announce #LiveDanDay15 on Sept 8, 2015, Dan’s 34th birthday. We are encouraging friends, family and followers to honor our modern day superhero. We are suggesting 5 ways to celebrate #LiveDanDay15, but then again, Dan wasn't a big fan of instructions. However you choose to participate, make sure you share on social media with the hashtag #LiveDanDay15 and we will reshare your posts!

1. Rock The Look - maybe it's his classic white v-neck, a dinosaur costume or viking formal attire, pick your favorite Dan look and share it on social media

2. Go On An Adventure - Dan lived for adventure so for #LiveDanDay15 we have to carry the mantel: hop on an airplane, climb a mountain, meet new people, open yourself up to endless possibilities and share it with us

3. Throw a Party - Gather with friends and family, put on some of Dan's favorite music, put on a costume, and DANce, DANce, DANce! Glitter is a must

4. Volunteer - Dan always looked for ways to give back. For #LiveDanDay15 volunteer at your favorite charity or support one of Dan's causes at Crowdrise.com/CelebratingDan

5. Build Something - Dan was an engineer who loved to build things. Whether it's converting a 1998 Volvo into a viking ship or designing cutting edge technology, #LiveDanDay15 is your turn to build something that will bring joy to people's lives, let's see what you've got

First, I want to apologize for the tardiness of this note, as you can well imagine, life without our Dan, is not the same! We want to thank you for your kind generosity of donations to the Dan Fredinburg Foundation. We anticipate many more fundraisers to keep his memory alive and productive. To date, we have sent funds to Nepal, to Dan's favorite orphanage, supplying them with needs to cover them for school and living needs. We have assisted with housing and have another orphanage in serious need of housing. I will do my utmost to keep current and let you all know what is going on! Again, thank you so much from the Dan Fredinburg Foundation!!!! #StayStrong
