Living Water International is an organization that works to bring clean water in Jesus’ name to people in over 20 countries around the world. I was first involved with Living Water a few years ago when I was able to go on a trip to Nicaragua to help drill a well and educate the people of the community about hygeine and clean water.
The lack of clean water is an unprecedented health threat, costing millions of lives per year. But the water crisis is not just a health issue. It holds implications for every area of life. Without water, other development initiatives fall flat. For example, if communities around the world had access to clean water, they would gain 5.6 billion productive days per year. Think about how this would impact the lives of women whose time is wasted carrying water over long distances. The good news is that there is so much that we can do! Through Living Water International, teams of dedicated workers are bringing both clean drinking water and the living water of Jesus Christ to communities with the greatest need. I have chosen to endure in this race so that the thirsty won’t have to endure life without water.
I ask you to consider giving financially towards Living Water International on my behalf so thattogether we can provide safe, clean water to those in need.
