THE STORY:
I will be once again walking in the Lumind Research Down Syndrome Walk throughout the month of March. March 21 or 321 is a symbolic date in the Down Syndrome Community as this represents the 3rd copy of the 21st chromosome that is Down Syndrome. I will be joined this year by none other than Jack Foley himself....I am committing to walk the equivalent of 3.21 a day for each of the 31 days in March which equates to just under 100 miles...(99.51 to be exact if my math is correct) Jack will be committing to walk 32.1 miles in the 31 days of March. We are trying to raise money and awareness for the Lumind Research Down Syndrome Foundation which is a fantastic organization whose mission is to better the lives of those individuals with Down Syndrome, such as Jack. Please consider any size donation to help us achieve our goal of raising $3210 Maybe you would consider the symbolic donation of $21 for the 21st chromosome?
