Justice For My Puppies
Organized by: George Ali
I am a licensed breeder of Purebred German Rottweilers and my Vet whom is held to a great standard committed purposeful malicious malpractice resulting in the death of one of my puppies and a medical condition in two others from two different litters. After the malpractice took place I did some extensive research on the rules and regulations, which all Veterinarians in the nation are required to follow and found he had broken quite a few principles (set forth by the AVMA American Veterinary Medical Association)
The Pharmaceutical Company Boehringer Ingelheim Vetmedica Inc. requested a necropsy (full autopsy) be completed on the puppy that passed. The comments of the necropsy read that Anaphylaxis was the probable cause of death (vaccination reaction) - risk of which was increased by the non-core vaccination for leptospirosis inwhich AAHA (American Animal Hospital Association) and the AVMA both said they didn't recommend for use until at least 12 weeks of age. (Information my Vet neglected to share with me)
The blood work on the other two puppies read they had contracted Hemolytic Anemia which is where the red blood cells are destroyed in the body. The Vet tried to tell us the condition was hereditary however there is no factual study to prove that this type of Anemia can be hereditary. However, I did find that it can be caused by the leptospira infection and can be a direct result of the vaccination.
Prior to the death of one of the puppies the Vet was not only neglectful in explaining the risks of vaccinations, but after I asked him if he had changed vaccines he lied and said he was using the same when in fact he had switched (Max Duramune 5 to ULTRA Duramune DAP- which was tested in 675 dogs however it is expected that 1 in 15000 will have a vaccination reaction). Furthermore he vaccinated my puppies without receiving required consent where he had explained the risks. Also we under the impression he was only administering the core vaccinations but instead he was also administering non core vaccinations that were not supposed to be administered until at least 12 weeks of age and others that weren't recommended for use at all unless they were at least 12 weeks of age and in a high risk area.
Once the puppy died the case quickly became a case of malpractice because I was told by the Veterinarian that my best course of action for all three puppies having the seizures was to leave them in his care overnight. I had confirmed with him that he would be present the entire night, however after the puppy died I found out from a staff member that he does not spend the night when pets are in his facility overnight but because he lives nearby he simply comes back every few hours to check in on the animals. Therefore my puppy that died must have gone into a seizure during the time the Vet was at home and as a result he died. One of the puppies (which I have footage of) went into seizures while on my way back to the Vet after just leaving to address this matter. He died, had no pulse, eyes open and tongue white (I had to pull over and give him CPR and bring him back).
I take great care of all my pets and have spent thousands within the last year for the medical well being of my adult dogs and puppies.
I am asking for $1500 to help pay for the the lawyer fees Holland and Muirden, filing fees, and court costs. Please help us to stop this Veterinarian before he brings harm to any other beloved pets.
