James has been in and out of jail since he was 15 and had a rough childhood prior to his first incarceration. He has several diagnoses which have contributed to his arrests, including poly-substance abuse disorder. He has never been arrested sober. His substance abuse has never been properly adressed since his entire support system is usually drinking. Currently he is being mentally abused by his guards; lied to, denied humane treatment. He has been suffering physical health issues, but must be unconscious before his guards are willing to take action. The charges he is being held on are minor; probation and driving violations mostly. He has been denied bail without a rehabilitation treatment plan. James has no money or resources of any kind at this time. He would be greatful for the opportunity to get the help he needs to become a productive member of his community, if only he could afford to pay for it.
We are asking for help paying for rehab and expenses incurred due to his incarceration.
