Justice for Jayvon
Organized by: Justice for Jayvon
Jayvon is our beautiful and perfect Autistic grandson (diagnosed 11/2011) whom has spent most of his young life with Matthew and I(his maternal grandparents) due to abusive parental circumstances. Jayvon is now 7 years old.
We happily supported Jayvon with any and all of his needs including providing therapy for delayed speech and Autism (cognitive skills). Watching Jayvon bloom as he learned so quickly and happily was more than rewarding for my husband and I (Jayvon’s maternal grandparents). Jayvon was excelling in preschool and had almost caught up to his peers in speech and cognitive skills. Jayvon was ahead of his class academically.
Due to a corrupt and deceitful case manager, Thera Freeborn, who had the venue changed (to Saline County Court with a more persuadable judge, Mary Thrower, who would go along with the case workers agenda against even good caregivers) when Ellsworth County Court was about to give my husband and I full custody of Jayvon. In the Saline County Court the case manager spoke fraudulently against me in court, having Jayvon removed from his home with us, placed into an abusive foster home where he received two black eyes, a bad friction burn on his neck and a 3 inch cut on his arm – Jayvon was 4 years old during this time. Jayvon had a serious regression downfall; he lost all the positive education he received while with us ... common for a traumatic change in a child's life. Jayvon did not receive any therapy for speech or cognitive skills.
Then Jayvon was moved to his paternal grandparents who do not allow Jayvon his Autistic rights of therapy, consistency, stability or proper structure. They refuse to acknowledge Jayvon's Autistic needs - blaming his behavior on "laziness and belligerence" and have banned us from seeing Jayvon without giving us legitimate reason.
We have tried to reason with the paternal grandparents but they will not sway from their decision of keeping Jayvon away from us. My husband and I are trying to fight for visitation rights and to prove the fraudulence of Thera Freeborn; we don’t want Jayvon to feel we abandoned him so we are doing everything possible to see him! We want Jayvon to understand that our love for him will never stop, so we will do whatever it takes to fight for him.
Unfortunately our attorney fees are going far beyond what our budget can handle, so we are asking for help from anyone who is able, whether it is a small donation or to share for our cause.
If there is any question as to our sincere need, please do not hesitate to email me and I will do my best to produce proof of the above information including certain Ellsworth County Court records proving the Judge granting us custody of Jayvon.
A sincere thank you for taking the time to read!
