THE STORY:

We are asking for help for "Justice" A Family in need of retaining counsel. This family returned to their home back in November, 2015 after a long day work to find someone had broke in there home for the second or third time in a month because they work. 6-7 day a week, they have several police reports prior to this day and this day was the same they waited for the police to arrive, reported the crime and secured the home and left uncomfortable in their home for over 60 years and before making it to their destination the returned briefly to the home to ensure they enabled the alarm system that was recently purchased since the repeated break-in, as they got closer they saw someone standing on the porch looking as they were knocking and as the family got closer they saw it was someone there and as one of them approach the porch asking"who are you looking for?"the person turn around with rage swinging a weapon at the homeowner and very much in shock he (homeowner)managed to disarm the thief and continued to struggle with the burgular for a moment or two longer before the thief managed to break away and ran off. The family has known this person for a number of years neighbors and the two family have a long history of being neighbors and very much aware of the thief long term drug addiction and past history of traumatizing other homeowner in this area for years. The burgular file charges hours later against both homeowners, after refusing any immediate medical attention. So they are now faced to defend some charges that the burgular completely made up to protect himself from being convicted a repeat offender and will have 3 strikes against him. This family are active members of Second Ebenezer Church under the Leadership of (Bishop Edgar Vann) and we are asking in their time of need from the community, church family, friends and family to help them through this difficult time. We Thank everyone big or small in advance for all your support. "Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere" from the mouth of Martin L. King We must help are own this could happen to anyone and find yourself
