BENEFITING: The Hole in the Wall Gang Camp
EVENT DATE: Jun 22, 2014
Quick background: I ran the Boston Marathon for Team Hole in the Wall in 2009 & 2010, after working for The Hole in the Wall Gang Camp in 2008. Camp is dedicated to providing “a different kind of healing” to seriously ill children and their families throughout the Northeast, free of charge.
It's true what they say - no matter how Camp draws you in, it leaves an imprint on your heart. And encourages you to get out of your comfort zone and raise a little hell, with the best of intentions.
Current motivation: I think everyone should have that kind of happy/silly/loving/support that I saw many summers ago...and know for a fact that The Hole in the Wall Gang Camp is a pure shot of unfiltered JOY and LOVE into the lives of children & families who are the most deserving.
In conclusion: That's why I'm here, lacing up my running shoes and asking you to help me connect beautiful children & families with The Hole in the Wall Gang Camp. I promise, it's worth more than we could ever hope to tell you. Thank you so much!
