As many of you may know, we lost our son/brother/grandson/friend Gary Charlton to a Heroin overdose on February 7th of this year. For those of you who were lucky enough to know Gary, you know he was the most caring, loving, and funny kid who would do absolutely anything for his family and friends. Unfortunately, he lost his battle with addiction and was taken from us far too soon.
We are climbing in honor of him and to help bring awareness to the terrible heroin epidemic facing our world today. Proceeds and donations from this event will go to PEER Services to help provide treatment scholarships for teens and adults struggling with addiction. PEER services helped Gary through his early stages of addiction and continues to help our family after our horrific loss.
