Kathy was diagnosed November, 2014 with terminal cancer. She was told by her oncologist that there was nothing she could do to extend her life and that she needed to get Hospice set up. She has cancer up and down her spine, both lungs are completely full of cancer, her right ribs and three cancerous tumors in her brain. Kathy has been in Hospice care since November and her nurse Karen is taking such good care of her and making her comfortable for whatever time we have left. Kathy lost her husband Rick two and half years ago to cancer. She is a widow, a Mom of three grown children and a Grandma to 5 wonderful grandchildren. Kathy has no life insurance and she nor her children have anyway to pay for her final expenses. She has put her faith in our God. He knows what she needs and he understands the pain she is going through and the difficult decisions she has had to make these last couple of months. The pictures are of Kathy with her three kids, 3 of her grandkids and her cat Midget that our dear friend Maria and Don took her in to be a part of their family.
What is Kathy's wish:
Kathy's wish is that there might be lots of kind hearts out there that can help take care of her final expenses and not have to put that burden on any one person.
How you can help:
I would like to ask that you donate to her fundraising page so that we can help her to be able to take care of her final expenses She is worried at this time as to what will happen when she passes. Our Mom has donated a plot for her to be buried on - so that burden has been lifted.
If you can't make a donation at this point, help me reach my goal by sharing this page on Facebook and Twitter!
Or, even better, send an e-mail to friends you think might be interested in contributing and include a link to my page!
Thanks so much for your generosity! God Bless!
