This course is not flat but, there are no significant hills that might deter those looking for an enjoyable ride. The 40 mile course includes a hilly 20 mile extension added to the middle of the 20 mile course.  The 3 mile walk will take participants down through King’s Cove and around Bertrand’s Island before heading back to the finish line at Nixon School.   'GET FIT' for the lake, when you register and create your own fundraising page, reach out to friends and family to support you on your journey.  Prizes will be awarded for fundraising accomplishments.  An adult parent or guardian must accompany each rider younger than 18.  No trikes or training wheeled bicycles allowed.  Helmets are required.  All fees and donations are non-refundable.  This event will go on rain or shine.
