BENEFITING: Pulmonary Hypertension Association Inc
Kelly was diagnosed with Pulmonary Hypertension in February of 2000. At that time she was given a year to live. Against all odds, she battled through many procedures to survive another 15 years. She became very active in the pulmonary hypertension community, helping others who were diagnosed better understand how to cope with the disease. Her pride and joy were her two sons (a firefighter and a Marine) and three grandchildren, who were the driving force behind her fight to survive. Her positive attitude, infectious laugh, and incredible strength are but a few of the things that she will be remembered for. A gift made in her honor would be greatly appreciated.
