Thank you to everyone who has pledged a donation. Marathon cancelled. Please consider donating to a charity of your choice. Thank you! See more
As Ken gets ready to run his first marathon, his thoughts are with his city and the victims of Hurricane Sandy. We are distraught by the loss of life, homes and belongings that so many of our fellow NYers are facing at this very moment. We know that there is a lot of controversy surrounding the marathon. Should it continue? Is it right to do so while so many are suffering? In our opinion, the marathon should be cancelled. However, it is going on as planned so we would like to use this as an opportunity to bring our friends, families and NYers together and raise money to help the victims and survivors. We ask that you make a donation pledge for every mile that Ken finishes in the marathon. And he will finish! No amount is too big or small. All donations will be given to the American Red Cross Relief Effort. Thank you in advance for your support, and you, your families and friends are in our thoughts.
