Encouragement Inc. (KenyaOrphans.org) was established in 1990 as a 501 (c) 3 not-for-profit organization.  In May 2005 we purchased and renovated a 23 bedroom hotel in the Western Province town of Webuye, Kenya and began rescuing under-age five orphans.  We now have 50 orphans and a staff of 12 full-time caregivers in Kenya.
