My guy, Kevin, LOVES tractors! He inherited 6 acres of (desert) land in Ocotillo Wells, California, when his father passed in 2010. Shortly after, his step-monster, Trish, burned the family's home down when she got drunk. Trish (the 3rd, middle picture is Trish, passed out, drunk on our couch) has bailed out with the insurance money and left Kevin with the empty (except for the mess) property. We work doing construction together and we've been saving money and slowly trying to rebuild the home. It goes extremely slowly. Kevin can do everything but knit, & he's willing to learn that, too! He's such a great guy! He is honest and hard-working. He gives everything of himself to anyone who needs help. If we could somehow get a tractor for cheap, that needs re-furbishing, he could do the work & then re-sell it for a profit. He can fix ANYTHING. He just loves driving tractors & working with them. This way, he could have fun working on tractors at home, in his spare time, for income. He loves tractors so much he would pay someone to let him work on & use their tractor. He wants to start a used tractor lot some day when he retires. In fact he invented/ fabricated a device he can bolt on his Ford truck to make it a truck-ter. It's a dirt-plowing gannon thing that he can adjust, on-the-fly, from the cab of his truck with a winch. He grades all the roads down in the desert for fun! (He's crazy but I love him!) A donation of a tractor would be ideal. He could repair it & sell it to buy another one etc., etc... Kevin will be 50 this Halloween. He is just the greatest guy, and absolutely deserves a little help, he works so hard.
