Feel the rhythm! Feel the rhyme! Get on up, its bobsled time! COOL RUNNINGS! Did you know the term "Cool Runnings" actually means "peace be the journey"?
OUR JOURNEY IS: In honor of my dad's fight against prostate cancer. In honor of our family and friend's breast cancer survivors: my aunt Sandy Endres, my cousin Terri (Endres) Dinkelaker, and one of my best friend's mom Debbie Brooks. In memory of John's Grandma Mary and her battle with colon cancer. In memory of my Grandpa Al Sicard and John's Uncle Edgar and their battle with pancreatic cancer. Though we did not lose them to cancer, they still inspire us to continue FLIPing--in memory of my mother, Shirley (Sicard) Endres; my brother, Jonathan Endres; Grandpa Roy Endres; W.P.; and my cousins' children Isabella Endres and Avery Dinkelaker.
KINGSTON is Jonathan's surviving best friend and dog. He is ready to FIGHT, LIVE, INSPIRE, and PREVENT by completing this 10k (temperature permitting) with his bobsled team!
