Each year KIPP Blytheville College Preparatory School sends a group of hard-working, well-deserving students on end of the year field lessons. Students have to maintain great grades, act according to KIPP's character credo, and apply to these trips. During these field lessons they learn about the cities they are visiting and create ever-lasting memories. This year twenty-five of our eighth graders will travel to Money, Mississippi, Montgomery, Alabama, Birmingham,Alabama, and Atlanta, Georgia. This year in social studies they worked hard with a rigorous curriculum to learn all about the Civil Rights Movement. In these locations they will see history come to life when they visit Civil Rights Museums and famous landmarks, Historically Black Colleges and Universities. We also would love to throw in a stop to Six Flags! We want to supply our students with an incredible experience and would love any help our assistance you could offer!
