Get your sense of charitable adventure ready – Kitchell is challenging teams of employees and retirees to raise funds for deserving non-profits.
Kitchell’s Amazing Charity Race is an opportunity to raise money through donations that will be matched up to 100 percent through the Kitchell Employee Foundation. Teams of at least five employees and/or retirees are eligible to compete. The winning team will be determined by the greatest average per person donation, and the winning team/charity’s total funds raised will be matched 100 percent by the Kitchell Employee Foundation. The winning charity will also be included as a permanent option for giving through the Kitchell Employee Foundation.
All donations through this effort will be matched 50 percent. Donations raised by the second place team will be matched 75 percent.
Only pledges and money received during the month of September 2015 count toward the competition
Teams of at least five members can come from any department or division, or any combination
Kitchell employees and retirees are only eligible participants; no subcontractors
Funds can be raised through payroll deduction, one-time donation, or $xx per volunteer hour
Only approved 501(c)3, community-based non-profits are eligible (subject to vetting by Kitchell Employee Foundation committee)
Lobbying/politically oriented organizations are not permitted
