Please join us for the 4th Annual #ClimbOut of the Darkness! This event benefitting Postpartum Progress is the single largest event in the world to raise awareness and fight back against the stigma of maternal mental illnesses, such as postpartum depression, anxiety and OCD, postpartum psychosis, bipolar/peripartum onset, and pregnancy depression and anxiety.
Climb Out of the Darkness is held on or near the longest day of the year annually to help shine the most light on perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. Team Washington - South Sound will Climb on Saturday, June 18, at 10:30 a.m. at Marathon Park in downtown Olympia.
This page here is where you join Team Washington-South Sound as a Climber and fundraise to help us reach our team goal and it is also where you join Team Washington - South Sound as a Climber.
Please note that ALL attendees at the Climb are required to register on this site before participating.
Once you are registered, PLEASE share the link widely so that people can sign up to join you or to donate to your goal! Use #climbout when you post! Share this on Facebook, Twitter, put it in an IG pic, email it, write it on your car's back window, print it out on flyers and share at your kid's school, your doctor's office, your dentist, your coffee shop ... it is because of the work you do that moms and their families will no longer feel ashamed and alone because of their experience. We must be the light.
Please check out the event on Facebook or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with questions/comments/concerns. For more deets, go here: http://postpartumprogress.org/climb-out-of-the-darkness/
