Stuff About Me:

I've been a volunteer basketball coach for almost 20 years and I've worked with high school students on emotional intelligence and leadership via Positive Coaching Alliance for 13 years. Until now, most of my volunteer work has been within the US.

About a year ago I made a commitment to myself that I would begin working with youth groups internationally as well. I am proud to share that last October I joined the board of the  Accountability Lab- an incubator building a new generation of active citizens and responsible leaders in Nepal, Liberia, Pakistan and Mali.

We train, mentor, and resource local changemakers to strengthen systems of accountability and unleash positive social and economic change.

The Lab supports grassroots movements to implement creative ideas for integrity in their communities- which have included:

The first ever film school in Liberia

A pioneering TV show to "name and fame" honest government officials in Nepal

A network of youth ambassadors in Pakistan that are making sure public budgets are spent on schools and healthcare facilities.
