THE STORY:

UHCCF grants benefit hundreds of strong willed children every year.  I am really looking forward to pushing my body to it's limit for this fantastic cause.  I would like to encourage everyone to watch these videos and learn a little bit more aboout the Children's Foundation http://bit.ly/28Nc3yK  and Century Ride http://bit.ly/28OtU6Q before making a donation.  Thank you in advanced for helping reach my goal to raise $1000.

  • The UnitedHealthcare Children’s Foundation (UHCCF) provides medical grants to help families pay for their children's medical procedures, therapy, medication and other medical bills.
  • Families can receive up to $5,000 annually per child ($10,000 lifetime maximum per child), and do not need to have insurance through UnitedHealthcare to be eligible.
