We try to teach people how to exercise and get into shape, so that one day, they can run or walk a whole marathon! It all about doing a fun exercise, and losing weight, so that people can stay healthy, and stay in shape, we walk or run the 5K, which is 3.2 while others who are in better shape than us try to do the 10K, half marathon, or the whole marathon! So, we try to keep people with disabilities healthy and in shape, all of the time, and this is just one example of how we offer to show them how to do it!!!
