THE STORY:

A yearly initiative was created in 2015 for a regional day of service. This event titled “Lambda Giving” was organized to demonstrate a yearly commitment to our communities throughout the year. Each year around Thanksgiving, Lambdas across the country would give back in traditional ways such as soup kitchens and food drives. The North Atlantic Region wanted to expand this giving effort throughout the year to demonstrate that helping the less fortunate does not need to only happen during the holidays. Lambda Giving was established as a regional effort to this goal. This year Lambda Giving Day will occur on Saturday April 16th. Join NJ Sector 1 Lambda Gamma Alumni Chapter along with the Alpha Omega Alumnae Chapter of Lambda Theta Alpha on April 16th, as they will be serving & providing for the homeless communities in Paterson, NJ and Passaic. With the monies raised we will be providing and donating food to the homeless and less fortunate. No donation is too small. We thank you all in advance.

Sincerely, The Brothers of NJS1 & Lambda Gamma Alumni Chapter
