BENEFITING: Lead Program In Business
The McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University hosted the Leadership Education And Development program for several years. During this program, scholars resided and attended classes on-campus for two to four weeks. The program engages scholars in an intense, hands-on curriculum incorporating case studies, business plans and team projects. It provided scholars with first-hand knowledge and experiences from business professionals and college professors. It also linked scholars to corporate executives in the business world and sets the stage for LEADers to form lifelong bond with peers with similar aspirations and abilities. Scholars explored topics on finance, entrepreneurship, accounting and marketing, among other business sectors.
