BENEFITING: Lead Program In Business
The UCLA Anderson School of Management has hosted the Leadership Education And Development program for several years. During this program, scholars reside and attend classes on-campus at a top business school for two to four weeks. The program engages scholars in an intense, hands-on curriculum incorporating case studies, business plans and team projects. It provides scholars with first-hand knowledge and experiences from business professionals and college professors. It also links scholars to corporate executives in the business world and sets the stage for LEADers to form lifelong bond with peers with similar aspirations and abilities. Scholars explore topics on finance, entrepreneurship, accounting and marketing, among other business sectors.
