BENEFITING: MINNESOTA INDIAN WOMENS RESOURCE CENTER
When I ran my first marathon in 2009, I was running to prove to myself that there was still hope, that great things could still be accomplished in my life. Sometimes we just need a reminder.
Now, I serve on the Board of Directors for the Minnesota Indian Women's Resource Center, and I'm constantly inspired by the stories of strength in community and family. Please check out MIWRC's website to learn more about a great organization.
"The Minnesota Indian
Women's Resource Center thanks you for your generosity in donating to Mrs. Lemm's fundraiser. MIWRC is proud of the work we accomplish in partnership with our funders, and is pleased to include you among our supporters. Our culturally grounded programs succeed because they are developed and implemented with direct input from the urban American Indian community, including MIWRC's staff and clients as well as elders and other stakeholders. Your support affords us the freedom to provide services in the way we know works best for our client population, and we thank you from the heart." ~ Laura Jones, Development Manager
