As a motivational health coach, I'm constantly trying to encourage and inspire others to get up and move their bodies.
For me, going on walks everyday has had a profound effect on my life physically and mentally. I've decided to turn the simple act of walking into a project that could give back to another cause I'm so passionate about: Rescue Animals.
The challenge: Walk 12,000 steps every single for 100 days. You can follow my journey on instagram at @BREAKTHESTEPS where I'll be posting one walking photo with a quote and the amount of steps I walked that day.
Everyday I meet my goal, I want people to donate 2 dollars to my cause and at the end of the 100 days, all proceeds will be going to Detroit Dog Rescue. Let's do this.
