Founded in 1929, the Leelanau School is an experience-based, five senses learning community where we build on the strengths of students who learn best by doing.

On 42 acres of forest, rivers and our own private Lake Michigan beach, studies are prepared to uncover student's strengths, to nurture confidence and self-awareness.
