EVENT DATE: May 01, 2013
Issaquah, WA. Local Girl Scouts are learning that, when life gives you lemons...make clean water! On Wednesday, May 1, Brownie Troop #42491 from Cougar Ridge Elementary is going to make a serious splash. They are putting their expert fundraising experience to use, selling lemonade to benefit Splash (splash.org), a Seattle-based organization that provides clean water to children in poverty around the world.
Please join us on Wednesday, May 1 from 1:00-3:00pm. The lemonade stand will be located down the street from Cougar Ridge Elementary at 16711 SE 46th Street in Issaquah.
As part of their WOW! Wonders of Water journey, the Brownies have been learning about the water cycle and how to protect, save, and share this most precious resource. Help Brownie Troop #42491 earn their WOW! badges and support clean water for kids!!
