Libenu, from the Hebrew word meaning “Our Hearts”, reflects a heartfelt commitment to enabling Jewish adults with developmental disabilities to maximize their level of independence and self-determination in an inclusive community setting. The Libenu Foundation’s mission is to provide opportunities for Jewish adults with developmental disabilities to live independent, meaningful lives as respected members of the Jewish community by providing supervised group homes that adhere to Torah values and principles, enabling adults with disabilities to live with dignity and respect. The primary goal of The Libenu Foundation's group homes is to enable all residents to live as fully included members of the Jewish community.
