The Scott Middleton Project: Scott Middleton was a loved member of the South Dayton community. He was a man that was about bringing people together from all walks of life. He loved everyone regardless of where they were in life. Scott was taken suddenly from this world this past October. He has left this earth but his legacy lives on each and every day by the countless lives that he touched.
The Light Up The Night 5K and 1 Mile Family Walk was started as part of the Scott Middleton Project. On September 28th, hundreds of people will being running and walking through the night while remembering this man who brought light to every person he encountered. The proceeds from this event will go to provide solar powered lights to orphanages all over the world. The lights will be installed in orphanages where there is currently no electricity. These orphanages are currently being lit each night by toxic kerosene flames.
New Vision Renewable Energy: There are 1.3 Billion People in the world that live without access to electricity. That's one-fifth of all man kind that lives without a clean light source. New Vision brings solar powered lights to people all over the world. Scott was deeply involved in the mission to light the world.
