Health is a something that so many of us take for granted. I realize that each day that I'm alive to step foot in the gym is a gift. Every plate I put on the barbell is a gift. Every repetition I perform is a gift.
Fitness peeps: we were created and put on this Earth to love and serve others, to give back, and to help those in need, not to be consumed with ourselves in the pursuit of a perfectly sculpted body. Yes, taking care of our bodies and being healthy is important, but it’s not just about the mirror, or the amount of weight on the bar, or how many followers we can get on Instagram. It’s about using our health to do MORE.
So let’s not waste these gifts but use them to GIVE BACK. This is one way that we can do that. You can help me in reaching out and helping those in need by donating or joining my team to help fundraise. In doing so, you will be helping to provide equipment for special needs children and building wells for those around the world who don’t have access to clean water. I’ll be dedicating my workouts in the gym to the iPrayFit Project. Every squat, every deadlift, every lunge, to help these children.
