BENEFITING: National Multiple Sclerosis Society
The sisters of Phi Sigma Sigma and the brothers of Pi Kappa Alpha at Rutgers University are asking for your help in fighting a disease that affects over 2.1 million people worldwide, Multiple Sclerosis (MS). MS is a chronic, unpredictable disease that causes the immune system to attack itself, causing problems with the central nervous system that could lead to paralysis, blindness, extreme fatigue, problems with memory, and much more.
Throughout this week, there will be 14 girls from 7 sororities all competing in the 5th Annual Pi Kappa Alpha Dream Girl competition, a weeklong event that raises funds and awareness for our philanthropy, while also crowning the annual Pike Dream Girl. The Pike Dream Girl represents the values of Pi Kappa Alpha, and serves as an ambassador for Pike and our motto: Scholars, Leaders, Athletes, Gentlemen.
Contestants Alyssa Viani and Lindsay Payne, along with the rest of the ladies of Phi Sigma Sigma are dedicating their entire week to help with our efforts. Our goal is to raise money as much money as possible to support the fight against MS, and we are asking you to join our cause. Please follow the designated link to donate. Remember, any donation of any size is welcomed with an open heart. Thank you for your time and your generosity.
